Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-23

All paid (Pro) purchases in MailMail are made solely through the Apple App Store (StoreKit). The operator does not accept separate web or card payments and has no access to payment-method information.

1. How to request a refund

Refunds for subscriptions and lifetime purchases bought on the App Store are requested through Apple under Apple's refund policy. The operator (MailMail) does not provide separate refunds outside of Apple.

2. Free trial and canceling subscriptions

If you cancel the Pro Annual 7-day free trial before it ends, you won't be charged. You can manage cancellation and renewal in your device's App Store subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.

3. Statutory withdrawal rights

Where statutory withdrawal/cooling-off rights apply (for example, under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), you may exercise them through Apple's refund process. Because Apple is the merchant of record, the refund review and execution are performed by Apple.
